A seven-day return window
Request a return within 7 days after the order is delivered. The product amount you paid is guaranteed to be refunded in full when the return is requested within that window.
- Delivery already paid
- The delivery charge from the original order is not refunded.
- Sending the item back
- You are not charged anything to return the item.
Return condition
Keep it in the condition you received it
Inspection is fine; use and damage are not. Keep the item in returnable condition until it reaches us.
- Trying it on is fine
- An item that has been tried on and taken off can be returned when it remains in the condition sent.
- Worn or damaged items cannot be returned
- Wear, a dent, damage or any similar mark means the item is no longer in returnable condition.
Refund timing

Once your return has been received and accepted, the refund reaches you within 3 days.
